What kind of support will I receive?
I will respond with personalized, reflective feedback within the promised timeframe. You may also receive video messages, voice notes and exercises depending on your situation and plan.
Can I switch between plans later?
You cannot. However, I am happy to be flexible when you need more focused support.
How do I pay and begin?
You can order your chosen plan online. Once payment is received, we will mutually agree on a start date. All rates exclude 21% VAT. EU residents have 14 days to cancel if coaching hasn’t begun.
